Alison Goldin,MD,MPH

"Alison Goldin, M.D., M.P.H. is the Chief of Gastroenterology at Mass General Brigham Harbor Medical Associates. A native of Hingham, Massachusetts, Dr. Goldin graduated from Milton Academy before earning her undergraduate degree from Brown University. She pursued her medical education at Boston University School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency in internal medicine as well as her fellowship in gastroenterology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. During her fellowship, she also earned a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, further expanding her expertise in healthcare and public health. Dr. Goldin is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care and advancing the field of digestive health through both clinical excellence and public health leadership. She has been recognized for her outstanding contributions to medicine and was voted multiple times as Boston's Best Doctors."

​Assessment: Conduct a thorough assessment of current state, identify areas for improvement and establish baseline metrics.

Planning: Develop a detailed Lean structure in alignment with the institution's vision and priorities in order to achieve their objectives. Including: goals, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements (future state value stream map).
